Nicky Ester MSc DnMed RNutr

Nicky has a Masters in Nutrition from University College Cork and a Diploma in Nutritional Medicine From Plaskett College (now run by Thames Valley University).  She is a Registered Nutritionist as well as being a member of BANT (British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy).  She has been a practicing therapist for over five years. In addition to this she trained under Brandon Bays to become a qualified Journey practitioner and recently trained as a Results Coach. 

Her interest in nutrition was fuelled by her own health problems including Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS).

At the time she was unable to find help through conventional treatment and this led her to study her Masters in Nutrition and truly appreciate the importance of good nutrition as well as its healing properties.

Following this, that she concentrated a lot of her training on the mind and trained as a Journey practitioner after experiencing amazing benefits from the process herself. She is continuously amazed at the strength of the process and the results achieved.

The most recent tools added to her growing skills include Results Coach, a therapy which uses Neurological Repatterning by making use of NLP and Eriksonian Hypnosis. This dove tails perfectly with her other qualifications, allowing her to enhance wholistic treatment of both body and mind.

As part of her continued professional development she lectures, attends seminars and reads industry research and literature
