The Designer Process combines both the Emotional and Physical process and can only be given by trained Journey Therapists. If you are new to the Journey it is usually recommended that you start with a Designer Process in order to experience the process as a whole. It allows clients to experience emotions that they may have forced themselves to stop feeling or were even unaware that they still felt. It’s now becoming apparent just how important for a person's health this ability to experience emotions and let go of them is, and more than this how it may enhance a person’s ability to enjoy life.
A Designer Journey also gives client’s a chance to connect with their body and may help them to see areas they have neglected and how they might then support themselves in the days and months that follow the process.
Since the process can take anything from 2 ½ to 4 hours it is important to ensure that you allow for this time when considering booking. In addition to this it can greatly help to keep the rest of the day or evening free to yourself in order to get the most out of the experience. Although the process seems long, clients are continuously surprised how quickly the time appears to pass and are genuinely shocked when they realise how long we have worked together.
